The CHRM® exam assesses for the following competencies: Managing Front Office Operations Revenue Management Maximizing Revenue in Hospitality Operations Hospitality Sales and Marketing e-Commerce Forecasting for Revenue Managers Optimal Channel Mix Resource Materials The online study guide contains approximately 40 hours of self-paced review material on key knowledge areas.
