This Micro-Computer Upgrade and Repair Certificate of Proficiency trains students for entry-level positions in technical support and IT operations. This program provides students with knowledge and skills to repair and maintain computer systems and to secure and protect data and support network business operations. The curriculum prepares students for the CompTIA A+ Certification examinations. Hours earned in this program apply toward completion of the AAS in Information Systems Technology.
