The FBE: Application & Inspection course takes a deep dive into the standards, techniques, and quality-control practices essential for plant-applied single- and dual-layer FBE coatings used primarily on pipelines. You'll learn how to review project documentation and specifications, inspect and test raw materials and pipe surfaces at various stages of coating, apply repair coatings, perform laboratory testing, and follow proper handling, shipping, and safety procedures.
