CARDIOVASCULAR-INTERVENTIONAL TECHNOLOGY

Cardiovascular Interventional Technologists work with sophisticated fluoroscopic equipment to take images of the heart and surrounding blood vessels. Technologists assist with procedures such as angioplasty, stenting, thrombolysis, embolization, ablation, and biopsies. Students who successfully complete the didactic and clinical portions of the program will be eligible to write for the ARRT CI exam.
