COMPUTER PROGRAMMING – SOFTWARE TESTING SPECIALIZATION
Austin Community College District
Software Testers assure the quality of software programs and applications prior to deployment. They create test scenarios to make sure that the software is working as designed. If a bug is found, the software tester will write a detailed report so a programmer can go in and correct the issue. The Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Programming – Software Testing Specialization is designed to prepare students for entry- level programming positions in software testing.
