Benedict College has one of only two ABET-accredited Environmental Engineering programs in South Carolina. The program trains and empowers engineers who become effective stewards of environmental justice and sustainability and provides a workforce pipeline increasing the number of minorities in the environmental engineering field, offered through the Engineering and Computer Science Department.
