The online Master of Science in Organizational Leadership provides students with leadership skills that can be applied to a business, government, non-profit, or educational setting. The program covers organizational planning, dynamics of leadership, finance, team building, conflict resolution and negotiation, communication and other management skills. The 16-month program is conducted over four consecutive fourteen-week semesters and requires eight courses.
