The Department of Religious Studies offers a fifth year Master's Degree for current Brown undergraduate students. Eight graduate level courses are required, including two courses in method and theory in the study of religion. Students must demonstrate competency in modern research languages as well as in whatever other languages are relevant to their research, and a thesis is required.
