A three-year Doctor of Musical Arts program for accomplished composers and performers, holistically combining innovative performance practices with new compositional models through an individualized course of composition and/or performance lessons, doctoral seminars, topic-driven research, performance projects and electives. Includes teaching practicums, qualifying examinations, a First-Year Review, a Doctoral Project and a Final Review. A 60 semester-unit program.
