The Graduate Certificate in Nursing Leadership (NL) will prepare students to lead within a healthcare environment. The certificate program allows students who are currently enrolled in a graduate nursing program or those who have completed a graduate nursing degree to add core knowledge related to quality and safety, organizational behavior, and strategic decision-making within the healthcare system.
