The Associate in Science in Chemistry for UC Transfer (AS-UCT) Degree provides a lower-division science foundation for those interested in pursuing a chemistry major or related field and is intended for students transferring into a baccalaureate degree program in Chemistry at the University of California system. Students who complete the AS-UCT are guaranteed admission to the UC system but not to a particular campus or major.
