Emergency Medical Technician

The Emergency Medical Technician course integrates the theory of emergency medical care with the practical skills necessary to provide basic life support with an ambulance service or other specialized rescue services. The EMT course consists of 120 classroom hours along with 48 hours of emergency room and ambulance clinicals. Successful completion of course requirements allows students to test for Emergency Medical Technician through the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians.
