The Division of Associate Degree Nursing provides educational opportunities to qualified students for a career in nursing, preparing graduates to function at entry-level positions as providers of care, managers of care, and members within the discipline of nursing. Upon successful completion of the program, the graduate is awarded an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Nursing and, if requirements of the State Board of Nursing are met, is eligible to write the NCLEX-RN examination.
