Practical Church Leadership

This graduate certificate is a one-year program in which students take five 7-week online graduate courses, execute at least one coach-supported applied project, and attend three face-to-face or virtual 2-day workshops. The primary objective is to increase pastoral leaders' confidence and capacity to be effective organizational administrators with skills in financial stewardship, human resource management, governance, communications and strategic leadership.
