The Dance majors are housed within the Joan Phelps Palladino School of Dance. The mission of the Bachelor of Arts in Dance is to provide rigorous training in the disciplines of ballet, modern, jazz, and tap within a liberal arts context and to connect these aesthetic and cultural forms of dance to the overall interdisciplinary study of humanities, social sciences, business, natural sciences and dance studies as well as to the world of work.
