Biology
Dickinson College
The biology major is designed to introduce students to concepts, knowledge, and experimental approaches that span the breadth of the field. Students describe basic processes and ideas from a range of biological sciences, apply laboratory, field, and/or computational methods, and design and execute biological research to address new questions. Nine biology courses are required, along with supporting coursework in chemistry, physics, mathematics, computer science, or geosciences.
