Neuroscience

Neuroscience majors describe foundational neuroscience concepts, including molecular and cellular, systems, and behavioral subfields, and design, conduct, interpret, and evaluate neuroscience research. Students locate and use relevant databases and clearly communicate neuroscience in written and oral formats to other scientists and the public. Required coursework spans biology, chemistry, physics, psychology, and neuroscience. The degree requires 32 courses (not semester credit hours).
