The 30-credit certificate program will serve multiple purposes: to prepare individuals for immediate entry into the industry with skills-based education; to provide a pathway for culinary/hospitality vocational secondary students to earn college credit concurrently; and to provide an opportunity for students to earn an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
