The Department of Bible and Religion offers a major with tracks in Christian Ministry (38 hours) and Theology (30 hours). Its objectives include providing courses that encourage discovery and discussion of central issues of biblical studies, religious faith, and ethics; relating the Christian faith and message of Scripture to contemporary thought, culture, and life; and exploring the relationships between religion, philosophy, and other disciplines.
