Medical imagers are integral members of the healthcare team with the knowledge and skills to use imaging technologies that guide critical decisions in patient diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment planning. Graduates choose between two sonography concentrations and earn a degree awarded jointly by FDU and Rutgers University, and are eligible for national certification and state licensure where applicable.
