The Doctor of Educational Leadership prepares PK-12 school and district level executives and higher education administrators, with concentrations in PK-12 and Higher Education. Students are admitted in cohorts, complete a full-time residency or equivalent followed by a yearlong internship, pass a comprehensive examination, and defend a dissertation; PK-12 candidates completing the professional portfolio may be recommended for a superintendent's license.
