The Teaching Students with Disabilities (All Grades, M.S.T., Transitional B) program prepares special education teacher candidates through a rigorous academic program that builds on a foundation of child and youth education and psychology and provides a sequence of field experiences and student teaching requirements. The New York State Transitional B Certificate permits eligible candidates to be employed as a classroom teacher while completing a master's degree.
