The Culinary Arts Advanced Level Certificate program provides comprehensive, hands-on training for individuals preparing for entry- level cook positions in today’s food service industry. Students develop a strong foundation in hot food preparation, knife skills, healthy cooking, garde manger, baking and pastry, soup and sauce production, catering, banquets, and American regional and global cuisines.
