Nursing - LVN to ADN Transition

The Associate of Applied Science degree in Nursing is a 60-credit hour curriculum designed to prepare a student to become a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas. Upon program completion, the Associate Degree Nursing graduate is eligible to take the NCLEX-RN licensure examination. Licensed Vocational Nurses who meet the College and Nursing program admissions criteria are eligible to enter the summer I of the second year of the associate degree nursing program.
