The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program expands the focus of nursing, with goals directed toward educating the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult & Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP), or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). A minimum of 45 total graduate semester hours is required, and the curricula are primarily provided via the internet through online cohort courses and faculty- and preceptor-guided practicums.
