The Associate in Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) prepares graduates to work with and help people of all ages who are challenged by disability, trauma, and/or the aging process to participate in occupations that are necessary and meaningful for them. This joint program with Rutgers School of Health Related Professions requires 33 credits of general education and science courses at HCCC as prerequisite to 42 credits of professional coursework at Rutgers.
