Prepares entry-level addiction professionals by providing two addiction- specific courses that have the education content areas and hours that meet standards for the Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant Certification (CDCA-Pre and CDCA-Renewable) through the Ohio Chemical 2025-2026 Catalog 39 Dependency Professionals Board (OCDP). Students must be at least 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or GED for the CDCA.
