Welding Production Technology
Lake Michigan College
The Welding Production Technology program prepares students for employment in the construction, manufacturing, and utilities industries. The program provides instruction in the most common manual welding and cutting processes. Training includes welding with TIG, Stick, MIG, and flux cored wires for most common materials. Cutting is done both manually and mechanized with plasma and oxy-fuel systems.
