Wind Energy Technician

The Wind Energy Technician Program at Lake Region State College is the first in the state. Rapid growth in the wind energy industry has sparked a burgeoning need for technicians. Graduates will have a strong background in the operation and maintenance of wind turbines. They will possess appropriate safety training; problem-solving skills; effective oral and written communication skills; and proper record-keeping techniques.
