Mediation & Paralegal

As this is one of our combination programs, there are two different course descriptions; one for each portion of the program. The Mediation portion provides the core skill sets necessary for the practice of mediation and dispute resolution. The Paralegal portion introduces students to the paralegal profession's past, present, and future, including ethics, professional responsibility, legal research, civil litigation and trial procedures.
