Medical Coding & Administrative Medical Assistant

As this is one of our combination programs, there are two different course descriptions; one for each portion of the program. Lakewood University's Medical Coding program provides a comprehensive understanding of medical coding and its components, including ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS. The Administrative Medical Assistant portion provides a detailed overview of basic principles needed to qualify for entry-level positions as an administrative medical assistant.
