The Education Specialist in Educational Leadership program is designed to prepare effective leaders with a biblical worldview who model high standards and assume a leadership role in education in either the K-12 (teacher, principal, curriculum and instruction director, or superintendent) or higher education (instructor or administrator) setting. Practicing leaders are seen as collaborators who assume a facilitating role in accomplishing the objectives and goals of an education system.
