The Graduate Certificate in Gifted Education seeks to provide K-12 educators and administrators with the specific knowledge to identify, support with compassion, and teach diverse learners who display gifted traits and advanced abilities. Upon completion of this program, candidates who have an initial teaching license issued by the Virginia Board of Education are eligible for an add-on endorsement in Gifted Education.
