The focus of this post-master's certificate is to prepare nurse practitioners to manage health care needs for individuals across the life span including the care of child bearing women. The curriculum addresses health promotion, guidance and counseling, comprehensive health assessment, and management of healthy individuals and families as well as those with complex acute, critical, and chronic conditions across the age continuum.
