The Health Care Assistant Program prepares the individual to assist in providing healthcare as a member of the healthcare team under the direction of a healthcare professional. MDCC's Health Care Assistant program is a Mississippi State Approved Nurse Aide training program, and upon successful completion students are eligible to take the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program Examination.
