The Associate of Applied Science (AAS degree) in Nursing is designed to prepare the student for a career as a Registered Nurse. Upon satisfactory completion of the program, the graduate will be prepared to take National Council Licensure Exam - Registered Nurse (RN). The program is approved by the Arizona State Board of Nursing and accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
