Early Childhood/Elementary Education
Mount Mary University
The Early Childhood/Elementary Education major prepares teachers to be reflective decision-makers in elementary and middle schools. Students choose a concentration in Early Childhood (birth through grade 3), Elementary/Middle School (grades K-9), or Educational Studies, the last of which does not lead to teacher certification. Licensure concentrations require student teaching, a student teaching portfolio, and passing the Wisconsin Foundations of Reading Test.
