Psychiatric Technician-Three Semester

The Psychiatric Technician Program is a 50-unit, three-semester full time program designed to prepare individuals to practice as licensed psychiatric technicians. Upon successful completion, graduates are eligible to sit for the California State Licensure Examination administered by the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians. For students to obtain an AS degree, additional courses must be taken.
