The successful completion of the Electromechanical Systems Certification enables graduates to demonstrate a solid understanding of the theory of electromagnetism and how it relates to solenoids, relays, motors and generators. The certification will cover circuit knowledge, and how to properly build and measure circuits containing electromagnetic devices. Tech students receive the TOOLS FOR LIFE they need for safe and successful careers. This certification has a primary focus and application within the transportation industries. Course content includes circuit components and symbols, introduction to solenoids, introduction to relays, introduction to motors, and introduction to generators.
