Detailed information about this program
NC3 and Greenlee partnership introduces students to hand bending concepts, techniques, and hand bender functionality. Course content covers theory and principles of bending conduit, STEM activities connecting math to real-world layouts, functionality of hand benders and related tools, conduit characteristics, and safety and regulations. Students demonstrate proficiency by bending conduit to make 90-degree, offset, back-to-back, and saddle bends, applying mathematics to calculate and lay out the most common bends used in the electrical trades.
