A joint offering by the College of Arts and Sciences and the College of Engineering's Center for Aviation Studies, the air transportation major provides students a unique opportunity to study how aviation and the air transportation industry are affected by social forces such as the economy, international relations and politics. Students in air transportation routinely work and take courses at The Ohio State University Airport, one of the premier university airports in the country.
