The courses offered in chemistry are designed to meet the anticipated basic needs of those students who wish to continue on to graduate studies in chemistry or closely allied fields. Courses are designed to provide the minimum chemical background for those students majoring in agriculture, pre-dentistry, pre-medicine, pre-veterinary medicine, and other fields which use chemical concepts. Academic and Bio-Chemistry options are available.
