Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology
OSUIT's Culinary Arts program prepares students with the skills and knowledge necessary for a career in the foodservice industry. Students learn through hands-on training utilizing fully equipped kitchen labs and gain experience operating two restaurants open to the public. Graduates are in demand at resorts, casinos, restaurants, institutions, country clubs, and bakeries.
