Secondary Education Leading to PA Certification in Grades 7-12

This program prepares students with undergraduate degrees to utilize their strong content knowledge in order to provide effective instruction for secondary students. Candidates must hold a baccalaureate degree in biology, English, mathematics, or social studies or a related field and pass the appropriate content area Praxis exam. The program includes a full-time student teaching experience in a 7-12 classroom during the final semester of study.
