Program Format Participants complete approximately 20 hours of instructional and participatory learning. We work with each enrollee to design a customized course of study to best meet your learning objectives and professional context requirements. A typical course of study includes: Ten to 15 on-demand online learning modules (17.5 hours total). Optional live cohort-based instructor-led workshops as available. Two live cohort-based instructor-led workshops (six to eight hours total). Maintain certified status each year through participation in continuing education-eligible peer-based working sessions, live or on demand webcasts, additional on-demand course modules, peer-based working sessions, and participation in conferences and online webcasts. At enrollment, certification candidates receive a two-year full membership in the Sales Management Association, allowing for access to all archived content and coursework at salesmanagement.org. Senior leaders may opt out of come requirements if experience-qualified. Sales Management Association works with each enrollee to determine an optimal course of study and curriculum.
