The Nutritional Science Spartan Accelerated Graduate Education (SAGE) Scholars Program is designed to meet the needs of the student who is working towards a baccalaureate degree and seeks advanced preparation in nutrition science, nutrition education, geriatric nutrition, and foodservice/restaurant management.
