The Bachelor of Science in Early Intervention and Child Development (EICD) addresses state and regionally identified needs for highly qualified personnel in early intervention programs. The program mission is to ensure that personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide effective interventions to infants, toddlers, and young children, and it provides candidates with knowledge and skills aligned with the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) standards.
