Community Counseling
Southwestern Oklahoma State University
The Master of Science in Community Counseling prepares candidates through a required professional education and psychology core plus a community counseling specialization core and capstone experience. Admission requires an undergraduate or graduate statistics course, two additional psychology courses, recommendation forms, an OSBI background check, and an interview. Completion is applicable toward academic eligibility requirements for the Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) act.
