Stockton's Training and Development Certificate prepares professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge and to develop effective in-house training and other programs to increase workplace performance. This one-year accelerated program of six courses is offered in an online format and provides a foundation for transferring learning to practical, on-the-job application and for developing and evaluating authentic learning experiences aligned with enterprise business objectives.
