The mission of the Computer Aided Design Technology (CAD) Program is to teach individuals the correct procedures, skills and attitudes necessary to become successfully employed in today’s modern technological field of CAD; to upgrade or update skills, procedures and attitudes of students presently employed; and to retrain displaced workers. The goal is to teach modern engineering, industrial, and architectural practices to the student so that he/she may become a qualified draftsperson.
